Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (keto-friendly mayonnaise)
- 2 tbsp pickles, finely diced
- 1 tbsp onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp ketchup (keto-friendly ketchup)
- 1 tsp sugar (or granulated monkfruit sweetener if following a low carb or keto diet)
- 1 tsp dill pickle juice
How To Make
Super simple! Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and you're done! Make extra and store in an airtight container. This stuff goes fast!

Helpful Tips
- If you make ahead it will allow the flavors to blend more. This is not a necessity as it will taste good anyway. 🙂
- A note on ketchup: if using an unsweetened ketchup add 1 extra teaspoon of granulated sugar (or other sweetener). Regular ketchup and sugar -free ketchup are sweetened. Unsweetened ketchup has no sweetener.
