"If you are looking for a fantastic zesty Italian dressing this is it! It's easy to throw together and tastes MUCH better than any store-bought version I've tried. Enjoy!" 🙂 -Kori

Super Easy to Make

There is little comparison to the taste you get from making your own homemade salad dressing. Even the healthier keto bottled versions don't compare to how fresh this is.

There are 10 very common ingredients in this recipe, and you basically throw everything in a bowl or a lidded jar and mix it. I love to refrigerate it for a bit to allow the flavors to blend, but you don't have to.

So Much Flavor

There is so much flavor in this salad dressing recipe! My favorite part is the cheese. It is very similar in taste to an Italian vinaigrette like Olive Garden's Italian Dressing. Maybe I should have called it copycat Olive Garden Dressing recipe. 🙂

Healthy Salad Dressing

I think you'll love that this italian salad dressing recipe is low carb, keto, and gluten free! So, on top of being easy, it's also quite healthy. Yay!

While the full nutritional value is provided at the end of the recipe card, here are the most important if you're following a low carb keto diet:

Thank you! I don’t have to go out and buy other ingredients to make it and my store bought Italian dressing has too many carbs. I can’t stand creamy dressings so this is perfect.
