The backstory.

If you peek inside my fridge on any given week, chances are there's at least one bowl of salad waiting for me. Not the sad kind - the kind packed with fresh veggies, bright flavors, and something satisfying like chicken, shrimp, pasta, or beans. Over the years I've created quite the collection, so I gathered some of my favorite healthy salads here in one place.
