You holiday dinner table deserves a tasty star of the show - at one point or another, all of these dishes made an appearance at my Christmas dinner. My family and guests have enjoyed them - I hope you do too! 🙂
While I love to cook, I don't enjoy being stuck in the kitchen during the holidays. All of these holiday main dishes have been designed to be as easy as possible. Prep and assemble anything you can well in advance to make your life easier.
All of these holiday dinner main dishes have gluten free, sugar-free, low carb and keto adaptations available. Any recipes that calls for sugar, sauce, or soda can all use a sugar free sweetener substitute. The meatloaf uses almond flour as a binder with breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast as an alternative.
Steak and Roast Beef

Holiday ham one of the most classic Christmas main dishes. Spiral sliced ham is one of the easiest roasts you can make. If you want to try your hand at something a little different this year- try the stuffed pork loin. It's one of my favorite recipes - despite what it looks like it's quite easy to make!
Tip: The crock pot ham is the easiest recipe in the bunch. The stuffed pork can be assembled ahead of time.
If you're tired of meat and poultry, try a Christmas salmon main course instead. While not the most traditional, salmon is a great option for those wanting a quick cooking delicious dish that cooks fast, has great flavor, and is healthy!
