Kori's Tips
- There is a variance in cooking times and temperatures among air fryer brands. The first time you make this recipe, watch the asparagus carefully and note any time and temperature adjustments you need to make for the next time.
- Snap the bottom of each asparagus spear to remove the tough ends. If the spears still seem "woody" or tough, use a peeler to remove some of the outer skin on the remaining bottom 1 to 2 inches.
- If you are not sure about using balsamic vinegar, drizzle on a little after the asparagus are cooked.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste after cooking.
