- Other Seasonings and Spices: Dried parsley, dried oregano, onion powder, and ground black pepper.

Crispy Dry Rubbed Chicken Thighs in Air Fryer Recipe

- 4 bone-in skin on chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together all the seasoning ingredients.
- Dry the chicken thighs with paper towels, then rub seasoning over the chicken thighs. (Tip: for best flavor, place the chicken in a plastic bag and refrigerate 2 hours -up to 24 hours - this is optional if you're in a hurry).
- Preheat the fryer to 380℉. Place chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
- Cook chicken for 12 minutes, then turn over and cook an additional 10 to 13 minutes or until done. Chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165 ℉ when measured with a meat thermometer.
- Transfer chicken thighs to a plate and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
