"When I think of one of my favorite fruits, it is a fresh in season georgia peach. They are just so sweet, versatile and a favorite, which I love when creating drinks for a crowd!"
So Good
I haven't met many people that don't like peach-flavored things. I know that it is one of my personal favorites. I will never forget my first fresh Georgia peach straight from the farm. It is something that I look forward to all year round.
Because the peach flavor is versatile and mixes well with other tropical fruits, you can change this recipe to fit your guests' desires, making your martini the talk of the evening. Who doesn't like that? 🙂
Skinny
This recipe is adjusted to make it healthier than others by making our sugar-free simple syrup with sugar substitute and no other added sugars.
- Make your own peach puree for this martini to keep this even healthier and have the freshest peach flavor.
- It is best to use your favorite sugar substitute in this recipe, it is important to use one that uses a 1:1 ratio for measurement. If yours does not use this then just adjust it as needed.
- Add any other addtional fresh fruits to your puree to keep this martini lighter but to your personal liking!
How To Serve
Here are some ways to "mix up" your peach martini to make it even more festive and fun:
- I can't think of a better way to serve up a martini or cocktail than with a nice chilled glass. Place your favorite martini or cocktail glass in your freezer for at least 30-60 minutes prior to servinig to assist in keeping your beverage chilled while enjoying it.
- I would suggest a rim garnish with this martini such as a sugar substitute of choice. Use your homemade simple syrup to wet your rim then dip in your sugar. Use a brown sugar substitue for extra color and dimension in flavor!
- A cute garnish would be a slice of the peach on the rim as well
- If you love the look of fresh herbs with cocktails as much as I do, I highly suggest using a sprig of rosemary in the glass. It adds brightness, aroma and flavor. Feel free to crush some rosemary into your cocktail shaker to infuse it even more.
- When making this recipe into a cocktail, strain your mixture into your chilled glass and top with your favorite soda for some carbonation. I would suggest ginger ale, club soda or sprite. Use a zero sugar option if you desire as well to keep this cocktail light!
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you will need to make this peach Martini Recipe:
- Peach Vodka
- Vanilla Vodka
- Peach Puree - see recipe in the FAQs section below. This is a two ingredient puree that will add extra flavor and sweetness to your martini or cocktail. It keeps very well if made ahead of time!
- Sugar Free Simple Syrup - you can use store bought if you have it on hand, however I prefer to make my own with a sugar substitute. It is super easy and you can store leftovers to use in other cocktail recipes or in your coffee for a really good sweetener!
- Fresh Lemon
- Fresh Peaches - a tip to picking the best peaches is to feel them and their color. A darker peach is going to be more ripe, and when you press lightly on the peach it will have a little bit of give to it. If your peach is firm it will not be ripe and not have very good flavor.
Be sure to see the recipe card below for ingredient quantities and full instructions!

Variations
This recipe is adaptable to just about everyone's taste. Here are a few ways you can vary or make substitutions to your peach martini:
- I also love making my own puree for my recipes. You can easily add additional fruits to your puree to make it more flavorful! Some suggestions would be mango, pineapple, blueberries or any other fruits that you enjoy.
- If you do end up adding additional fresh fruits to your puree save some of the rinds for garnish for your glasses. If you use mango make tweel to place on the edge of your glass, cut a piece of pineapple with the rind for added color and texture. You can also just place a simple lemon tweel to the top of the drink if you wish.
- If you arent looking to make this a "skinny" martini and prefer regular granulated sugar than please do!
- Adjust the amount of vodka in your martini to your tastes. If you don't like a strong drink then you can just decrease the amount of vodka you add.

Top Tips
- Fresh fruit has the best flavor when preparing your puree.
- If you use canned fruits due to being unable to finding fresh fruits I would suggest getting them when canned in their own juices or in pear juice. If you use syrups it adds unneeded sugars. Add the fruit juice to the puree instead of water to add more fruit flavor.
- Adjust the amount of vodka in the recipe to your liking. You can always add addtional to your taste but is difficult to adjust once there is too much.
FAQs
How do I make sugar free simple syrup?
Here's how to make it:
- Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar substitute (with a 1:1 sugar ratio) to a small saucepan.
- Heat over low heat stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- NOTE: Some sugar substitutes don't need heat to dissolve. Test yours in water before heating.
How do I make peach puree?
In a blender, add 10 ounces of fresh peaches and 2 ounces of water (4 tablespoons). Blend in a blender to puree and combine. Using a sieve over a medium mixing bowl, strain the liquids from the solids.
This makes approximately 9 ounces of fresh peach puree. If you can freeze in 1.5-ounce portions (I used an ice cube tray with slightly larger than standard ice cube cavities.) You can halve this if you want, but whatever you don't use can be frozen for later.
Can I use frozen peaches?
You can use frozen peaches if you cannot find them fresh or canned easily. In my experience, frozen peaches lack the fresh peach flavor that you get using a fresh peach. Canned peaches in fruit juice are a good alternative if you cannot find fresh peaches in your area.
Can I make this ahead of time?
You can make this ahead of time, yes! I suggest making it ahead of time and storing it in the refrigerator up to two days before serving. The simple syrup can be stored in an air-tight container for up to two weeks in the fridge for the best freshness.
Is peach schnapps vodka?
Peach schnapps is a liqueur. This cocktail recipe has a lower alcohol content than vodka will. Typically vodka has about a 40% ABV level, while a liqueur has 15% to 20% ABV. Liqueurs also have more sugar content levels as well. If you want more peach flavor, you can add or substitute your peach vodka with peach schnapps. Just remember this will add additional sugar and lower the alcohol levels.
