Low carb cranberry mojitos are a refreshingly light cocktail that are also sugar-free and keto-friendly. Perfect year-round, but so festive for the holidays. An easy cocktail recipe that is also a healthy recipe! The perfect balance between sweet and tart. What You Will Need to Make Low Carb Cranberry Mojitos

Low Carb Cranberry Mojitos (Sugar Free Keto Cocktail)

  • muddler
  • sharp knife
  • small cutting board
  • jigger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lime, quartered
  • 6 to 7 mint leaves
  • A few drops of liquid stevia, 1  tbsp granulated monk fruit sweetener (or 1 tbsp regular sugar).
  • 2 oz vodka (or light rum)
  • 2-1/2 oz cranberry juice
  • ice
  • 1 to 2 oz tonic water (sugar-free)

How To Make Low Carb Cranberry Mojitos

Place lime wedges and mint in the bottom of a glass. Sprinkle with sugar or add sweetener drops. Muddle (mush) the limes and mint together. Add vodka, cranberry juice, and tonic water. Top with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. That’s it! Super simple.
