Easy Slow Cooker Pork Butt Roast (Low Carb Pork Roast) is super easy to make. With a bone-in pork butt roast, your favorite dry pork rub, and root beer cooked low and slow, it results in a very flavorful and tender port roast.
The best part - this recipe is Keto and Low Carb friendly if you use a stevia-based root beer as we did in the recipe. Yum!

Rachael says
Could this be converted to the instant pot with a 3 pound roast?
seekinggoodeats says
Yes, definitely! I would cook the roast on high pressure for 15 minutes per pound. You could even brown the roast on both sides before pressure cooking if you want, although that's an extra step. Great idea Rachel! Thank you 🙂
