Get creative and add olives, slices of cheese, chives, bacon, salami, etc. Your options are endless!
I laid these out on a slate platter and they actually ended up looking like cute little sushi. 🙂 You can make these as simple or as elaborate as you'd like!

Since these are so quick to make, they make a great after-school snack. Some kids don't like horseradish so feel free to take out. You could substitute some ranch seasoning or other flavorings if you'd like. Rolling up some cheese slices makes these even tastier and kid-friendly!

Ingredients
- 8 oz Danish ham, (rectangle sliced ham)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- Cheddar cheese
- Chives

- Butter knife or spreader
- Small mixing bowl
- Spoon
- Knife
How To Make Ham and Cheese Rollups
Step One. Make Cheese Filling
Mix cream cheese, horseradish in a small bowl.
Step Two. Spread Cheese Mixture
Lay ham slices flat on a cutting board. Dry ham well with a paper towel. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over all slices.
Step Three. Roll and Slice
At this point, you can roll ham slices and slice them into 6 pieces. However, feel free to stuff with cheddar cheese slices, olives, chives, or a combination of any. Get creative! I've used cheese slices to cut the width of the ham slices.
I also did this with the chives. Olives are easy because you can lay them all in a row, and it ends up being 1 olive per ham roll-up. I love the look of the pimento-stuffed olives, and they're so pretty.
Step Four. Serve or Refrigerate
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6 ham and cheese roll-ups per slice of ham you've rolled up.
