Place steaks on a large baking tray or cutting board, and thoroughly cover with chipotle seasoning on all sides, front and back.
In a plastic bag, add worcestershire and garlic. (Note: you may need to use more than 1 bag, depending upon the size of your steaks)
Add steaks to the bag, remove as much air as possible, then seal. Ensure that the marinade covers all sides of the steak.
Refrigerate the steaks for 6 to 8 hours.
Preheat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add extra virgin olive oil and heat until it just starts to smoke.
Add steaks to the hot pan and sear approximately 4 minutes each side for medium-rare doneness.
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let rest for 5 to 6 minutes.
