In a small bowl combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place lamb chops in a dish or a plastic bag and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate for 2 to 4 hours.
Remove lamb chops from the refrigerator about 30 minutes prior to cooking
Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes on 390°
Place lamb chops in the fryer basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway.
When done, remove the chops to a plate. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
