Instructions
In a blender, add 8 ounces of fresh strawberries and 2 ounces of water (4 tablespoons). Blend until pureed.
Using a sieve over a medium mixing bowl, strain the liquids from the solids.
Add sweetener and lemon juice to desired taste.
This makes approximately 6 ounces of fresh strawberry juice. You can halve this if you want, but whatever you don't use can be frozen for later.

VARIATIONS: Use thawed frozen strawberries. Thaw frozen berries in a colander so excess water can drain. Adjust with sweetener and lemon juice if needed.
