Add ice to a cocktail shaker, top with vodka, strawberry juice, syrup, and lemon juice.
Place lid on the shaker and shake until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and adjust any ingredients to your liking.

Vanilla Simple Syrup
Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar substitute (with a 1:1 sugar ratio), and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract to a small saucepan.
Heat over low heat stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
NOTE: Some sugar substitutes don't need heat to dissolve. Test yours in water before heating.
