2cupsjicamapeeled and cut into small matchsticks or cubes
½cupcrumbled feta cheese
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1tablespoonhoney or maple syrup
1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
⅛teaspoonsea salt
Pinchof black pepper
¼cupchopped fresh mint
2tablespoonschopped fresh basil
Instructions
Add strawberries, blueberries, jicama, feta, mint, and basil to a large serving bowl.
In a small bowl whisk together lime juice, honey, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss. Adjust seasoning to taste.
