Tasty burgers with the perfect mix of salty, sweet, and just a little spicy. Crispy bacon, melty peanut butter, pepper jack cheese, and the optional spicy 'n sweet pepper relish make for a dream burger to drool over.
for serving: hamburger buns, keto buns, or lettuce leaves for wrapping the burger
Instructions
Divide meat in half then form into 4 balls. Press into thin patties.
Melt oil in a large 12" skillet over medium heat, or preheat a grill to 400 degrees F.
Generously season patties with salt and pepper.
Cook patties in the skillet or on the grill for 3 to 4 minute per side. Flip and continue cooking until desired doness is reached.
Place cheese slices on patties, remove from grill. Cover and set aside.
Assemble burgers by placing meat on the bun (or lettuce) then top with peanut butter, spicy 'n sweet relish, and then bacon.
Season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
