Here's a simple 10 ingredient marinade for steak that can be used on any cut of beef - from sirloin steaks to ribeyes, flank, tips, beef roast and more. Enjoy!
juice of 1 lemon(¼ cup of balsamic vinegar may be substituted.)
¼cupolive oil
¼cupsoy sauce
2tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
4 to 6dashesTabasco sauce
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground black pepper
1teaspoondry mustard
1tablespoonsdried parsley
½teaspoongarlic powder
use it on:sirloin steak(ribeyes, flank steak, filet mignon - any favorite cut of steak or roast)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
Place steaks in a plastic bag or glass dish. Pour marinade over the top. Seal the bag (remove excess air), or cover the dish. Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours up to 24 hours.
When ready to cook, remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Proceed with your preferred cooking method.

VARIATIONS: Balsamic vinegar may be used in place of lemon juice; adjust any of the seasoning to your taste; 4 cloves of fresh minced garlic can be substituted for powdered.
