Blend a little longer for an ultra-smooth dip. Let the dip chill for 30 minutes if you want the flavors to meld even more.VARIATIONS: Add crumbled feta for a tangy twist. Stir in crispy bacon for a sweet-and-savory version. Add smoked paprika for a subtle smoky flavor.SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, pretzel thins, pita chips, or apple slices. It's also fantastic spooned over grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, or grain bowls.
