Honey almond milk cold brew is a refreshingly well-balanced coffee recipe. Only 5 minutes, 3 ingredients - and no drive-through. It's super simple and you'll save some money!
1tablespoonhoney simple syrup - see Notes below(adjust to taste)

Instructions
Fill a 16-ounce glass (pint) with honey simple syrup, cold brew coffee, and almond milk.
Stir to mix ingredients. Top with ice and stir.
Adjust taste if needed. Serve and enjoy!

VARIATIONS: Substitute any almond milk, regular milk, cream, oat milk, or cashew milk. Use any sweetener as a substitute for honey simple syrup. Add a little vanilla or almond extract.
TOP TIPS: Make the honey simple syrup in advance. If making your own cold brew coffee make it at least 24 hours before.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve your coffee chilled or warm. Finish with sweet cold foam or a dash of cinnamon if desired.
Honey Simple Syrup:
Makes 3/4 cupIngredients
8 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
Dissolve honey in warm water. Let it cool.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
