1cupfrozen (thawed) grilled chicken breast(canned or rotisserie chicken is fine too)
1cupsmoked gouda(shredded)
8ouncescream cheese(very soft)
1cupsour cream
1cupgreen onion
½cupcooked and crumbled bacon
1packetranch seasoning
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Transfer to a greased 1-quart shallow baking dish, or a crockpot.
Oven: Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated and cheese is meltedCrockpot: Slow cooker on low until the dip is hot, about 2 hours.

VARIATIONS: shredded, canned, or pulled rotisserie chicken can used
TOP TIPS: substitute out cheddar, smoked cheddar, or other favorite for the smoked gouda. If you can't find any smoked cheese, use regular and add a dash of liquid smoke or some smoked paprika.
