16ouncescarrots(peeled and cut into 2" pieces, halve large pieces lengthwise)
1tablespoonolive oil
2teaspoonshoney
¼teaspoonkosher salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
1tablespoonbalsamic glaze(purchase from the store or make homemade)
1tablespoonbutter
1tablespoonfresh chives(chopped)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390°F
In a large bowl, toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
Working in 2 batches, transfer carrots to air fryer basket. Air fry, stirring halfway, for 9 to 11 minutes or until tender. Repeat with the second batch.
Transfer cooked carrots to a bowl and toss with balsamic glaze, butter, and fresh chives. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve
