Leftover Ham Casserole

Use leftover or a ham steak. Low carb, keto, gluten free. Delicious! You can make it one pan.

Cook the cauliflower florets by boiling or in the microwave.

Saute onion and spinach in olive oil until tender.

Set aside some cheese for the topping. Add the dairy, herbs, and seasoning. Mix and transfer to a casserole dish.
