Start with half the jalapeño and add more to taste if you prefer more heat. This salsa is best eaten the same day.VARIATIONS: Swap cilantro for mint or basil for a fresh twist. Add diced avocado for creaminess or a few chopped cherry tomatoes for extra juiciness. A splash of balsamic vinegar adds depth if you like a more savory spin. If your strawberries aren't as sweet as you'd like, adjust by adding in sugar. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve over grilled salmon, fish tacos, pork tenderloin, or roasted chicken. It’s also great with tortilla chips or spooned over a bed of greens.
