Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Sprinkle generously over pork then rub into the meat. Cover the pork and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Store extras in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

VARIATIONS:
Adjust any herb or seasoning to your taste. Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper. Brown sugar can be omitted.
