In a 13x9 inch dish layer all ingredients - lettuce first, then red onion, frozen peas, water chestnuts, 3/4 cup of the shredded cheese, artichoke hearts, black olives, and 3/4 of the bacon.
Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together.
