Whole Turkey Lemon Onion Homemade Seasoned Coating Olive Oil Fresh Herbs
Rinse and pat dry. Remove neck and giblets.
Fold wings under the turkey.
Stuff cavity with onion, lemon wedges, and fresh herbs. Brush olive oil over the skin.
Cover with the homemade shake and bake coating. You can use a turkey bag if you want to shake it - or just do it by hand.
Roast turkey until done. For convenience, use a turkey roasting bag if desired.
Tent with foil. Let rest. Carve, then serve.
