Chicken Thighs Green Enchilada Sauce Chicken Broth Half and Half Monterey Jack Cheese Cream Cheese Salsa Verde Salt and Pepper
Add all ingredients to the crockpot except dairy.
Slow cook until chicken is done and very tender
Remove chicken, shred it, then return to the slow cooker.
Add the half and half, very soft cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
Garnish with fresh cilantro, extra cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
