Chicken Breasts Olive Oil Onion Celery Chicken Broth Thyme Oregano Bay Leaves Orzo Pasta Spinach White Wine Half and Half Lemon Juice

Add chicken and all ingredients except the pasta and spinach. Simmer.
Add pasta and spinach 10 minutes before chicken is done. Simmer until orzo is tender.
In a small bowl mix the half and half and cornstarch together. Slowly whisk into the soup.
Garnish with fresh herbs such as thyme, chives, or parsley. Add feta for even more flavor!
