Add broth, wine, drippings (if any), salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
Continue whisking and simmering until gravy is thickened.
Serve it immediately. Or, let it cool, cover, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat on low until warm. Adding broth if needed.
