HOW TO MAKE KALE AND WHITE BEAN SOUP WITH SAUSAGE:

Brown sausage in Dutch oven until cooked. Remove with a slotted spoon.

In the same Dutch oven add oil then sauté onions, celery and carrots until tender. Add garlic.

Stir in remaining ingredients except kale. Cook until the beans are tender.
