Kitchen Electrics
These are the exact kitchen appliance that I use most frequently in my kitchen. I am not representing any of these manufacturers, nor am I paid by them. I simply use these appliances daily because I like them and they work well. A few are expensive, but they are well worth the cost!
- InstantPot
- Slow Cooker
- Ninja Blender
- Ninja Air Fryer
- Kitchen Aid Mixer
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- Espresso Machine
- Food Processor
Gadgets
Some of my favorite gadgets!
General
- Mixing Bowls (I have had this set for YEARS)
- Mixing Spoons
- Measuring Spoons
- Dry Measuring Cups
- Liquid Measuring Cups (the best!)
- Silicone Liquid Measuring Cups (these are awesome for pouring - one of my favorite things)
Baking

- Bundt Pans (I am addicted to Nordic Ware bundt pans. They literally have one for every holiday and they are so FUN - not to mention made in the USA and they are really good quality!)
- Muffin Pan
- Parchment Paper
- 8" Cake Pan, 9" Cake Pan
- 10" Gratin Dishes

- 6 oz Creme Brulee Dishes
Cooking
- Cast-iron 12" skillet (I also have a 10", 8", and four 6" pans)
- Cast-iron Dutch Oven
Dishes and Serving
- Corelle Dishes (Yes, I really use these on a day to day basis! lol. You'll see many a picture on my blog with these dishes! My boys do the dishes and they are really rough. These have held up well and never chip. They also remind me of my Grandma which makes me happy!)
- Soup Bowls (Oven safe. I love this brand and that they are stackable!)
Grocery and Pantry Items
These are the most common products that I use in my recipes. I decided to make this list because I get a lot of questions about the specific brands that I'm using. This list is not all-inclusive of keto-friendly foods. It's only the products I use the most and that are my favorite. Of course, this is all a personal preference, right? 🙂
As I've mentioned in some posts, I use Amazon, Thrive, and Butcher Box a lot because I live in a rural area and things are just not that easy to find. My time is valuable so it is often just easy to order online and have it delivered! It also keeps me from wasting gas driving to the local grocery to find stuff that may not even be there in the first place!
Fish, Meat, and Poultry
- Beef, Poultry, and Fish - Butcher Box and Thrive Market are 2 great sources for grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, organic chicken, and sustainable fish - delivered right to your door! Love it.
- Canned Tuna
- Canned Salmon
- Canned Herring (High in omega 3s)
- Canned Oysters (Canned in olive oil. I love these!)
Fats and Oils
- Ghee
- Coconut Oil
- Mayonnaise (Sir Kensington Avocado Oil Mayo is my favorite but I also love Primal Kitchen's Mayo too)
- Almond Butter
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Avocado Oil
Baking/Cooking/Seasoning
- Almond Flour
- Coconut Flour
- Cacao Butter
- Cacao Powder
- Coconut Flakes, Unsweetened
- Ground Flax Seeds
- Hemp Seeds
- Xanthan Gum
- Kosher Salt (the only brand I use)
- French Gray Sea Salt (comes in coarse and fine)
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Vanilla Extract (I make my own it's much better and WAY less expensive over time! As I write this I am developing a post for you with instructions on how to make your own! You'll love it!) 🙂
- Pork Panko
Condiments and Sauces
- Soy Sauce (Coconut Aminos)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Worcestershire
- Mustard (Yellow mustard and dijon mustard)
- Mayonnaise (Sir Kensington Avocado Oil Mayo is my favorite but I also love Primal Kitchen's Mayo too)
- Ketchup (Sugar-Free) (I buy this A LOT because it's truly sugar-free! Many store brands say no added sugar or sugar-free but they use sucralose or other 'oses' - I don't use anything ending in 'ose') 🙂
- BBQ Sauce
- Hot Sauce
- Ranch Dressing
- Caesar Dressing
- Thousand Island Dressing (This doesn't taste exactly like thousand island, but I love it anyway! Normal thousand island is sweeter but this is not.)
- Steak Sauce
Drinks and Liquids
- Almond Milk
- Chicken Bone Broth
- Beef Bone Broth
- Cashew Milk
- Coconut Milk
- Pike Place Market Tea (Reminds me of home! 🙂 A black tea with cinnamon and orange and spices)
Favorite Books
- Genius Brain by Max Lugavere (One of my favorite books about diet and health overall)
- The Keto Diet by Leanne Vogel (A very good resource - Leanne is super informative! It goes way beyond just recipes)
