So simple, yet delicous. The sweetness of the glaze complements the saltiness of a ham. Sure to be a family favorite!
1 9 lb hickory smoked, spiral sliced ham
6 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup Swerve brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tbsp. dried mustard
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Heat oven to 325 degrees
Layer aluminum foil in baking pan. Unwrap ham in pan and save juices. If the ham comes with a glaze packet, discard. Wrap ham tightly in foil and bake approximately 10 minutes per pound.
About 30 minutes before ham is complete, melt butter on stove and wisk all ingredients together.
Pull ham out of oven and baste the glaze over all of the ham. Pull apart slices of ham to get glaze between the pieces. Reseal the foil tightly and continue baking for another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let ham sit for 15 to 20 minutes prior to serving.
