Why You Are Going To Love These Donuts
Many of us have a love hate relationship with food. We LOVE food but hate the effects that the wrong kind of food can have on our bodes (weight gain, allergies, diabetes, etc). We often feel guilty if we eat something “less than healthy” – like a donut.
Keep in mind that nothing can actually replace a true fried donut, but these are really GOOD options! Eat them for what they are – a healthy Keto version of a donut. They will make you feel a little sinful, but without the guilt! Try them out and see…you’re going to LOVE

If you are already following a low carb or keto diet you will have most of these ingredients in your pantry already. I live in a somewhat rural area so some of the ingredients are hard to track down. I’ve included the links for the items in my pantry if you find it easier to purchase from Amazon or Thrive Market – my two favorites!
- Almond Flour
- Coconut Flour
- Coconut Oil
- Liquid Stevia
- Ground Ginger
- Sea Salt (my favorite salt company!)
- Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate

- Gluten Free Baking Powder
Delicious Donut Recipes
Toasted Coconut and Caramel Donuts
Anything with coconut and caramel – I am in. These are really good and have great texture. The coconut on the outside makes them seem rich and sinful. Recipe from How To This and That, (HERE)

Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
Lemon Poundcake Donuts
I’ve always loved the combination of sweet and tart. Maybe that is why lemon bars were my favorite cookie growing up. The lemon always adds a fresh and light taste that offsets the sweetness. So good! Keto lemon poundcake donuts by Keto Diet For Health, (HERE)
German Chocolate Donuts with Coconut Frosting
Chocolate, coconut, and nuts – oh yes! These are delicious and a must make. German chocolate donuts with coconut frosting recipe by Maria Mind Body Health, (HERE)
Danishes have always been a favorite of mine. I have not made these yet, but they are next on my list to bake! I plan on making a cheese danish with raspberry. Yum. Low carb cheese danish recipe by Forest and Fauna, (HERE)
